Founding principal Kevin Skiles is a licensed Architect and he founded the Urban Building Workshop, an award winning architecture, real estate development and asset management firm focused on repositioning and developing projects in California's urban markets in 2003. Since then, the business has expanded to include professional real estate services, a larger geographic area and office and retail properties. This expanded firm is now known as UBW Investment Management.
